Take a bow Chef Hannah..   A Chef by trade Han Take a bow Chef Hannah.. 

 

A Chef by trade Hannah spent most of her days  standing on her feet in the kitchen. Completely exhausted it was imperative she broke the cycle. There needed to be little slots to focus on her own health.. And boy did she do good. 

 

5 months and 16kg later meet the new Chef Hannah.
