Absolutely. We account for this in the programme and work around your schedule. We are data driven and work online, which allows us to gain exceptional results around the world.

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

You don’t need a gym, but you need to buy some home equipment like Dumbbells + a smart watch.

What level of support can I expect?

You have a dedicated coach who will talk to you and support you daily Mon-Fri. Every 7 days you’ll have a video call with your coach, and every 30 days a deep dive with the Boss, Pete!

Are there any precautions or modifications I should consider due to any existing health conditions or injuries?

Firstly it’s important to gain medical sign-off for any significant injury or condition you may have. However, we are also well used to working with people with diabetes, hypertension, recovering from knee replacements, back issues etc. We will create a plan around this.
