This client owns a mortgage brokerage in Australia and joined the programme fresh off a referral from another Australian client who had lost 42lbs or 20kg on the programme. 

Mr J finished the programme 15.6kg or 34lbs down!

3 steps we implemented with this client 

1. Wake up 40mins earlier to do 5000 steps before you go to the office 

2. Find a good quality delivery service to provide high protein calorie controlled dinners (around 500kcal mark with 45g of protein) 

3. Built 3 x 40mins strength sessions just using bowflex DBs 

Mr G is over in Australia and killing it on our 12 week programme.
