Train with the PGPT team and you will use your own body weight to do resistance exercises like lunges, squats and press-ups. Combine this with cardio vascular and interval fitness drills (hill sprints and sprint training) and finish with an abdominal session guaranteed to make the toughest soldier feel like they need a hot bath and a well deserved rest.
Boot Camp is an ideal way to get in to a regular exercise routine or build your fitness levels. You’ll train with up to 20 other people and your PGPT instructor will use a disciplined and focused approach to get you performing at the peak of your potential.
